Overview:


10ZiG is currently looking for a self-motivated Systems Administrator to work in our Phoenix office. This is a 100% onsite position, with no current remote work option. Only local AZ candidates are being considered for this position.


Responsibilities:


As a Systems Administrator, you are tasked with maintaining the security, stability, and availability of 10ZiG’s Systems, including Servers and workstations as well as local and cloud network infrastructure to ensure the ongoing functionality of 10ZiG resources.


• You will be responsible for patching and updates of Windows servers and desktops, to include domain controllers, file servers, SharePoint servers, Exchange server and Windows 10/11 workstations.

• You will ensure the security of the Windows Servers and desktops using industry standard antivirus, anti-malware, and security tools.

• You will build out new Windows servers and desktops as required to support the business.

• You will support 10ZiG’s ERP system to ensure 100% uptime for business-critical applications.

• You will manage and support network infrastructure and systems to include wireless access points, switches, routers and VPNs.

• You will interface with stakeholders for scoping and implementing future movements and changes in internal network, systems and cloud-based services.

• You will provide support for cloud-based technologies such as Ring Central, Zendesk, Sales Force, AzureAD and Office365/Microsoft365.

• You will create and Maintain company-wide SSL certificates and DNS records.


• You will ensure that backups are successful and redundant, supporting both on- and off-site backup systems and performing regularly scheduled restores.

• You will support and become the point of contact for user-facing workstation systems, applications, and technologies for local and remote users, including laptops, printers, and other peripherals.


Basic Qualifications:


• 5+ years of working in a Windows Server environment to include Windows Server 2012R2, 2016, 2019 and 2022.

• Understanding of Server Virtualization Technologies, from an operational, server (Guest and Host) standpoint, preferably VMware vCenter but other technologies considered.

• Understanding of complex network configurations, VLANs, routing and protocols.

• Thorough knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.

• Cisco IOS experience desirable (Routers/Switches/ASA).

• Certification or demonstrated equivalent knowledge in the following desired:

o MCSE - Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer

o CCNA – Cisco Certified Network Associate

Overview:


The Help Desk Manager is a critical component to the success of 10ZiG’s legendary concierge-style vision of customer support. The Help Desk Manager’s primary role is to ensure the consistent smooth operation of 10ZiG Technical Support by managing the entire process of customer support from the initiation of a request to successful resolution. The Help Desk Manager will work directly with Sales, Pre-Sales, R&D and Upper Management as a part of their daily routines.


10ZiG is currently looking for an ITIL-Certified Help Desk Manager to lead our Technical Support team in Phoenix, Arizona.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead a fast-paced Technical Support team in a dynamic environment to successful resolution of complex customer issues related to 10ZiG thin and zero client products.
  • Responsible for creation and enforcement of SLAs within Tech Support to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
  • Proactively engage customers to resolve any customer satisfaction issues.
  • Ensure that Help Desk email and ticketing queues are being managed appropriately and that coverage is available at all times to handle ticket loads.
  • Review new and existing Help Desk requests with an eye toward seeing trends and ongoing issues, escalating development or code issues as needed.
  • Review firmware release notes for fixes to existing issues and forward t relevant technical staff.
  • Assign, prioritize and track internal and customer-facing Help Desk projects to completion.
  • Regularly review technical documentation in SharePoint to ensure that up to date documents are available to Help Desk technicians and others.
  • Review RMA requests to ensure that all troubleshooting requirements have been met.
  • Mentor technical staff through coaching and performance reviews.
  • Review Technical Support customer surveys to look for support issues.


Future Responsibilities:


  • Plan, create, maintain and document ITIL best-practice processes to ensure continued productivity and consistency within the Help Desk.
  • Assist with scoping and deployment of new Helpdesk CRM system.


Qualifications & Experience:


Mandatory:

  • The candidate ideally will possess both of the following, one of may also be considered:
    • ITIL v3/4 Managing Professional Certification.
    • 2+ years of managing a fast-paced help desk environment
  • Demonstrated ability to de-escalate and resolve customer satisfaction issues and explain technical issues to non-technical customers in an easy to understand manner.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
  • Strong critical thinking and multi-tasking abilities are a must!

Overview:


The Technical Training & Process Manager is a critical component of the 10ZiG Technical Support team by providing technical competency within the team. This is with a view of promoting a positive working environment by providing the relevant tools and aids necessary. The Technical Training & Process Manager’s primary role is to provide technical training to the Technical Support team. The Technical Training & Process Manager will also identify ongoing requests that can be generated as processes to improve the inner operations of the Technical Support team. The Technical Training & Process Manager will also where required work alongside others to provide appropriate handling of specific technical requests and issues.


The Technical Training & Process Manager will report directly to the Technical Services Manager.


Responsibilities:


  • Create & maintain training content for onboarding of employees.
  • Create & maintain training content appropriate to improve competency and future tiering of Technical Support team.
  • Mentor technical staff through Technical Training and continually look for ways which can promote a positive working environment for the Technical Support Team in conducting their job duties to the best of their ability.
  • Analyze trending topics with our products & services, as well as alliance partners with a view to creating and maintaining documentation and video aids as required.
  • Analyze specific product features and technology updates as they occur with a view to sharing such knowledge as needed via appropriate methods.
  • Assist as needed on trending Technical Support requests with a view to adding any processes to streamline such requests where possible.
  • Review release notes with a view of providing ongoing coaching and training as required for the Technical Support team.
  • Regularly review technical documentation in SharePoint as needed for verifying if updates or additional technical documentation is required.
  • Working with the Technical Services Manager and Helpdesk Manager in our recruitment drive to grow and strengthen our Technical Support team.


Future Responsibilities:


  • With assistance of the Technical Services Manager look to implement an adequate tiering system for Technical Support, including 1 st and 2nd tier team members.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Requires either Associates or Bachelors degree or an equivalent professional qualification, including Citrix, Microsoft or VMware.
  • 2+ years of working with 10ZiG Products and Services – Extremely desirable.
  • 2+ years of working within a fast-paced help desk environment.
  • 2+ years of working in a VDI environment, preferably in the EUC space.

Overview:


10ZiG is currently looking for a self-motivated, Tier-2/3 Engineer with great troubleshooting skills who is looking to join our Support team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is an in-office position, with no current remote opportunity. Only local AZ candidates are being considered for this position.


Responsibilities:


  • As a second-line engineer, you are tasked with resolving escalated, complex technical issues from 10ZiG customers via telephone, email and remote support.
  • You will work with technical contacts at customer sites to resolve complex network, VDI and endpoint issues that are beyond the scope of help desk personnel.
  • You will document resolutions to allow for addition to our document repository for future use.
  • You will build and configure internal and test systems to mirror customer environments to allow for reproduction of customer facing issues.
  • You will become the Subject Matter Expert for 10ZiG products and services.
  • You will provide input on existing and new hardware and software platforms for upcoming 10ZiG product offerings.
  • You will act as a mentor for newer technicians as they expand their skill sets.
  • You will continually develop and hone your skills in various VDI platforms to include VMware, Citrix, AVD and others.
  • You will work with the highest tech, most cutting-edge VDI technology on the market today!
  • Assist or take on other duties as needed by the department or company as we all work together in 10ZiG’s success.


Basic Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience working in a help desk role answering phone calls and emails
  • 3+ years of working in a VDI environment, preferably in the EUC space
  • Ability to work within both Linux and Windows operating system environments
  • Requires at least one of the following certifications that is current within the last year:
  • o VCP – VMware Certified Professional
  • o CCE – Certified Citrix Expert

We are currently looking to add a Sales Engineer to join our team based in our Phoenix, Arizona.


The Sales Engineer provides pre-sales technical support to US based sales teams during the sales process. The Sales Engineer will work as needed directly with partners/end users within North America. Accountable for the technical validity and interoperability of solution and the direct relationship with the customers’ strategic business plans.


Responsibilities include a combination of pre-sales consultation services, performing technical product demonstrations, project managing, proof of concept engagements, and thin computing initiatives. Qualified candidates will work with mid sized & enterprise customers to shorten the sales cycle by overcoming technical hurdles within specified accounts. The Sales Engineer must demonstrate solid communication skills, technical expertise and working both independently and within a team. They must also be able to communicate both to a technical audience as well as management and c-level executives. The Sales Engineer must be able to work in a stressful yet results oriented environment, often switching different priorities at intervals as and where required.


Reporting into the Head of Technical Services based in Phoenix, Arizona. The role is primarily office based with some travel as required, including in person trade shows and external prospect meetings.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Work with sales team for pre-sales customers and partners.
  • Work with technical support team on handover of completed projects and tasks.
  • Match products and solutions to customer technical needs.
  • Describe key technical features, benefits and how these features differ from the competition.

  • Understand and articulate management software options and deployment processes.
  • Understand and articulate all models of Thin and Zero clients and their features.


Requirements:


  • 5+ years of IT experience in a Vendor, Professional Services, IT Consulting, Systems Integration, or end-user environment.
  • 2+ years, technical pre-sales experience, or technical business-related experience.
  • Citrix XenApp and Xendesktop experience (CCEA a plus), VMware View experience (VCP a plus), Microsoft Server OS 2003/2008, and Windows XP Pro/Windows 7 experience (MCSE a plus).
  • Computer Science or related Degree. Associates, Bachelors or higher preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, customer service and communication skills.

  • Hands-on experience with building servers and setting up networks.

Shipping Department Assembler


As part of the 10ZiG Shipping Team, you’ll gather and assemble parts, pieces, or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to required specifications in our Thin & Zero Client (computer hardware) manufacturing environment. You’ll also be completing the shipping process for assembled products.


Essential duties and responsibilities:


  • Read, interpret, and follow sales orders, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble equipment and products.
  • Utilize handheld tools such as a handheld screw and drill gun.
  • Maintain inventory of product in workstations.
  • Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.
  • Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified.
